Music Purchases

Ebay finally came through on this. After nearly two years of having this in my watchlist, I was finally notified that it was online.

The disc consists of two tracks.
1. My Beef Mailbox (43:46)
2. Purple Guitar (9:22)

The first track is a live version of My Beef Mailbox. Here is how it is described on the cd sleeve. "During the brief American tour for Shampoohorn we recorded some of our concerts on DAT. My Beef Mailbox was transformed into a large improvisational solo section. The version contained on this promo cd is from a forthcoming live album called Live Beef. It includes solos from 10 American cities Edited Together in no particular order."

Purple Guitar would later appear on Dweezil's solo album Automatic. Here are the notes "We used to end all of our live shows with this song. We never recorded it well enough until now... This is the special studio version.
